I took my car to BMW for an oil change (because I still had a maintenance plan). While there, they told me I needed to replace my brakes. I had heard some brake noise previously, but I have ceramic brakes (so thought nothing of it since my miles were still low for needing brakes). The quote they gave me was very high. I went to Phil (European Cars Limited) to get a second option. After a full inspection, it was determined that I wasn’t even close to needing new brakes (as BMW stated). Phil and his team are always straight shooters. They won’t perform/recommend unnecessary repairs just to make a buck. If a repair is needed, they’ll come in well below the dealership quote (while still using OEM parts).

As a customer of European Cars for almost 40 years, I have received the same quality, transparent, reasonable cost service time and time again. Phil has diagnosed, serviced and repaired multiple Porsches, BMWs and Audis that we have owned. Never have I had to return a vehicle because something was not performed satisfactorily. This past summer while in the Colorado mountains, my Cayenne’s battery expired. Being over 100 miles from a Porsche service center, I called Phil who walked me through what I would need to do not just to replace the battery but also to configure the battery to the vehicle. I have no reason to take my vehicle anywhere other than European Cars Ltd.

European Cars Limited has been my go-to shop for years, and they continue to earn that trust. They have always been honest and trustworthy in their recommendations, dependable in their timelines, and reasonably priced for the quality of work. I appreciate the clear communication about what is needed now versus what can wait, and I never feel pressured. Appointments are easy to schedule, pickup is straightforward, and the car feels right when I drive away. It is rare to find a shop that is both technically strong and consistent year after year. Phil owns this place for over 35 years. His staff are very detail & Phil knows his older German machines. He also allows his clients to drop ship part directly to his shop.
